🌀 Hurricane Isaias Update

As Isaias approaches, here’s what WildStar customers should expect:

High winds, lightning, and power outages are likely to cause service interruptions across parts of our network, and some outages may last longer than usual.

For the safety of our crews, we will not send technicians to towers or customer locations until conditions are safe. Installs, service calls, site surveys, and other non-emergency visits are suspended during the storm.

We’re prepared with generators, fuel, and replacement equipment so restoration can begin as soon as it’s safe. Our team will keep monitoring the network remotely throughout the storm.

If your home or business loses power, your internet equipment will also be offline until power is restored.

📞 Our office will be closed Friday, October 9th due to the storm, but our phone lines remain open. Call us at 850-904-2086 if you need assistance.

Dear WildStar Customers,

WildStar Networks office will be closed tomorrow in observance of the 4th of July as we take time to celebrate Independence Day with our families.

We will resume normal business hours on Monday. Our support team can still be reached at 850-904-2086 if you are experiencing any service issues, or you can submit a ticket through your customer portal or our website.

We’ll be closed on Monday, May 25th as we observe Memorial Day, a time to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Grateful is an understatement.

While our office takes a short pause, our remote support team will still be available if you experience any service issues.
