FLX CHAMBER HOSTS ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP HARVEST CELEBRATION FUNDRAISER

(Penn Yan, NY) - The Finger Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its 2026 Membership Harvest Celebration on Thursday, September 24, to celebrate the Chamber’s growing regional partners. The event began in 2017 and has been held at different venues in the region. Due to the popularity and hospitality of last year, the event returned to Climbing Bines Hop Farm & Brewery in Penn Yan for its second year. Festivities took place from 5:30 to 8:30 and included live music from Brent Bond, featured an all-new menu with catering provided by Ace Automatics, had a themed photo area, and showcased the return of the Harvest Raffle and Silent Auction, which brought in record-breaking totals for the event’s fundraising.
To make the evening even more welcoming for working families on a school night, the Chamber continued its popular promotion for kids 15 and under to attend for free. The event once again featured the popular “Kids Corral” area, managed by the professionals and staff of the Boys & Girls Club of Geneva to provide a safe, supervised environment with pumpkin painting, cookie decorating, and toddler playtime. Event attendees enjoyed festive touches throughout the grounds, including beautiful floral arrangements donated by Sinicropi Florist and a unique tractor display set up by Champlain Valley Equipment.

Seeing parents network while their kids can also enjoy themselves in the Kids Corral really captures what the FLX Chamber is all about. We understand that family comes first for our business community, and being able to foster regional connections in a fun, inclusive setting is what sets our Chamber and our events apart,” Odell added.
In addition to the Chamber Cup Golf Tournament held each year in May, the Membership Harvest Celebration is one of two primary fundraisers that the Chamber hosts annually, providing proceeds to sustain and build upon the programs and services offered to member businesses. The next event for the Chamber will be the November Business After Hours Networking Mixer, which will be held on November 18th from 4-6 at N-Hance of the Finger Lakes. The FLX Chamber is a private, member-based organization that specializes in providing affordable public relations services for its customers, while connecting business owners and executives throughout the region.
