We naturally gravitate toward comfort. It’s human nature. But if you want to change who you are, you must be willing to challenge yourself with things you’ve never done before.

What are you willing to change?
• Want to play college football?
Look at the athletes who are already there, and match their work ethic.
• No time to work out in the afternoon? Wake up early and get it done in the morning.
• Need to catch up on sleep? Put down the phone, turn off the TV, and go to bed.

If you want to be uncommon, you have to be willing to do uncommon things.

The bottom line is simple: If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you
