With the warm temperatures opening weekend of deer season I would like to remind everyone to properly care for that trophy in the field. Get it cooled as soon as possible and if using ice do not hang the deer with the head down. Get it to your taxidermist as soon as possible. Call for an appointment and good luck, shoot straight and God bless.

This deer was mounted back in 1990 or earlier. The owners wife called and said it fell off the wall and was heavily damaged and wanted it repaired, not remounted. I did the best I could with what I had to work with. See the before and after pictures below.
