💪 Another project knocked out by the Executive Crew!

Today the Executive crew installed new downspouts and connected them using PVC pipe, running the drainage away from the home and into a pop-up emitter.

We then graded the entire area to properly prepare it for the concrete crew coming in next. 🚜

We chose to use PVC underneath the future concrete because it provides a strong, durable drainage system and helps protect the pipe from crushing or breaking once the concrete is installed.

Proper drainage and proper preparation are important — doing it right the first time saves headaches down the road!

Another project underway! 🚜

Executive Land Works is hard at work preparing the site for a brand-new pole barn. We had our excavator breaking up and removing the old concrete pad while our skid steer stripped away the existing dirt to get the area ready for the new building.

Luckily, the homeowner had a great location on the property to reuse all of the excavated dirt, so the only material we had to haul away was the old concrete. Reusing material on-site helped save on hauling costs and kept the project moving efficiently.

Another project wrapped up! After the builders finished this beautiful new pole barn, we came in to put the finishing touches on the site.

We hauled in 20 yards of Pro Soil from Hammond Farms, graded everything to establish the proper slope so water drains away from the building as it should, then seeded the area with Grade A grass seed and installed erosion blankets to help ensure a healthy, successful lawn.

Today we tackled another shed demolition, but this wasn’t your average backyard shed. This was a solid, home-built structure that was built to last, which made it a little more challenging—especially with the tight working space around it.

Fortunately, our 50G excavator made quick work of it and handled the job without any issues. 💪

Don’t worry — she’s got a long way to go before she’s on the payroll, but she’s already showing interest in the family business and we love to see it.

Another one down 💪

The Executive crew knocked out another barn demo and put our new 50G to work. This one wasn’t your average tear-down — it was tight, sitting between a power line and right next to a shed the client wanted to keep.

We took our time, carefully dismantled the structure, kept everything contained on the concrete, and loaded it straight into dumpsters for haul-off. Clean, controlled, and done right.
