We install the video conferencing equipment at each location on our private, state-wide video network to ensure quality and reliability for every conference. Each site is monitored 24/7, 365 days a year by our Network Operations Center who provides immediate phone support via a single point of contact. We also provide onsite and remote training in addition to site visits by a qualified video technician for issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
