Today, Vision Net’s experienced staff designs, installs, operates, and supports complex networks for data, video, and voice transport spanning university systems, K-12 schools, government entities, non-profits, healthcare, the legal and financial community, as well as other private industries. Our next generation, private MPLS network allows us to provide a wide range of transport and network services in both urban and rural communities. With over fifteen years of experience in the industry, 125 interactive television studios across Montana, and 24/7 support Vision Net offers the customer a complete solution. We install the video conferencing equipment at each location on our private, state-wide video network to ensure quality and reliability for every conference. Each site is monitored 24/7, 365 days a year by our Network Operations Center who provides immediate phone support via a single point of contact. We also provide onsite and remote training in addition to site visits by a qualified video technician for issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
