đź“Ł Important Update: More Young People Can Now Apply!
We’re excited to announce that eligibility for the MSBC Five Star Wealth Accelerator Program has been expanded!
The FREE 6-week financial education program is now designed for high school students and young adults in their 20s living in West Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and surrounding communities.
The application deadline has also been extended to:

Through the Wealth Accelerator, participants will gain practical skills and financial confidence while learning how to:
âś… Establish a workable budget
âś… Build an emergency fund
âś… Improve financial knowledge and literacy
âś… Understand and strengthen credit
âś… Develop positive money-management habits
âś… Work toward long-term financial autonomy and independence
Eligible participants may also receive $50 to open a PNC checking or savings account.
