Through our Green Initiative (https://plmcompanies.com/about-us/green-initiative) and recycled waste management programs, corrugated, shrink wrap, and wood are recovered, repurposed, and reintegrated into the supply chain.

Pallet recovery plays a central role in this model. Repairable pallets are restored and returned to active use, supporting a closed-loop system that reduces waste and material spend. When pallets reach the end of their useable life, they are processed through our grinder bin and collected by a local business. The material is then converted into mulch, with at least one full load processed each day.
