🍝 The Art of Italian Pasta: A Hands-on Class 🇮🇹
Join us at Burntshirt Vineyards on Sunday, November 1 at 5 PM for an intimate culinary experience with The Pasta Lady from Homemade Pasta Noodles!
Using her family’s traditional recipe and imported Italian Tipo “00” flour, you and a partner will work at your own pasta station as you learn to knead, roll and cut fresh fettuccine. You’ll even take your handmade pasta home to enjoy!
After class, sit back and savor a three-course dinner:
