Wrapping every part in foam. Taping cardboard on the sides. Repeat, all shift long.
That’s how an end cap was being packed before we got involved: 34 parts per container, and a lot of operator time spent just getting them in the box.

Here’s what we built instead:
📦 Custom insert with paper leaf partitions
📦 20 slots, 2 parts per slot, 40 parts in the same container
📦 No foam wrapping, so loading is simple for the operator

And if the volume is there, we also have a version for a larger container that holds 80 parts with two inserts and no assembly required.

Same parts. Better protection. Less handling.

It's built with Elite fabric (spun-bound polypropylene) for real protection on Class A finishes, replacing the need for bagging. It's durable enough that many of our customers reuse it multiple times before needing to reorder — and it's recyclable when they're done.
