Chowder tasting takes place at Town Hall, then enjoy wines from over a dozen Mendocino County wineries at the Downtown Wine Walk, held in the shops all around town. We will be pouring at Cucina Verona! Adding to the festivities are a craft fair, music, and food trucks!

Need a bigger b**g hole? It can be done! These little 30 gallon barrels had smaller holes than a standard 59 gallon barrel (what a pain!) so we fixed that!

We don’t always cook with wine! 😜This incredible mushroom soup needs a little kick, usually from sherry, but if you don’t have that, any whiskey will work! It’s probably OK to take a little nip as well 😘
But the soup goes great with lighter, earthy, red wines, like Pinot Noir and Dolcetto.
