Terra Sávia Winery & Olive Mill A family-run winery & olive mill in Hopland, CA. We specialize in wines and olive oils crafted from our estate vineyard and orchard.

Our tasting space plenty of room for events, is a rescue farm animal sanctuary, a great place to picnic with the family! All our products are made CCOF-certified organic grapes and olives grown in our vineyard Hopland and our olive ranch off highway 128 near Anderson Valley and Cloverdale, Mendocino County, California.

🍇 Twenty years ago we bottled our 2nd unoaked Chardonnay vintage. We were hot on the idea of doing a different label from the first thus spawned the “fish” label. While we loved it, our vendors and fans weren’t so enthused, which led to the first, and long-standing edition of the owl label found on most of our wines. This lovely, tropical fruit-forward, unoaked Chardonnay has been our most popular wine and has won awards ranging from bronze to double-gold.
