It’s with great sadness that we share the passing of our friend and colleague, Jack Pacente. Throughout his tenure at Plastipak, Jack demonstrated a deep passion for recycling and sustainability, while also distinguishing himself as a supportive mentor, advocate, and dear friend to many.

Jack was an incredible leader who welcomed every challenge with great pride and dedication. Beyond that, he brought wisdom, warmth, and a bit of humor to every conversation, helping others feel at ease. We are incredibly grateful for the legacy he leaves at Plastipak. Our hearts are with Jack’s family, friends, and everyone who was fortunate enough to know him.

We’re proud to sponsor the 4th annual Recycle Bowl at Michigan Stadium!

On October 25, when Michigan takes on Indiana, fans will join forces to set a world record for recycling. Every piece of paper, cardboard, plastic, and metal collected in and around The Big House counts toward making history.

Last year, Wolverine fans recycled more than 47,000 lbs in a single day. This year, the goal is even higher. It’s almost game time, and we’re ready to tackle waste one bottle at a time! ♻️
