New Beginnings Estate Sales of Southwest Missouri is a service designed to help liquidate unwanted belongings that are no longer needed, as well as providing peace of mind to those needing to downsize, move into a care facility or for families who have lost loved ones and do not know where to turn with the possessions left behind. Our professional services allow us to come into the home, or property (no job to big or small!), set up our displays and begin the task of sorting, pricing, moving, boxing up and donating unwanted and sometimes un-sellable items. We also host the Estate Sale for the time allotted and work on your behalf to negotiate the best deals on the items for sale. Our services do range in price depending on the size of estate and the amount of time needed to set up for the sale, as well as whether the sale requires 1-2 days of public sale time. We have been in the antique business for about 15 years, and the knowledge we have, as brought us the ability to properly price your possessions the most accurate for our area as well as get them sold with the least amount of hassle for you. When the sale is over, we have the connections needed to pack up leftover items and leave the place as if we were not even there. 👀 FOR THE FIRST HOUR ON FRIDAY, limited entry into house to curtail breakage of items and disruption of cash out area so please be mindful you might have to wait a few minutes to shop.

👀 NOT an auction, all items are priced and tagged for immediate sale both days. FRIDAY is FIRM price, Saturday is 50% off! We price extremely fair, whether you are a collector, reseller, or just average buyer.

👀We accept Cash, Local Check, Venmo (free) and all debit/credit cards (subject to a 4% transaction fee on square terminal)

👀 PLEASE, we ask that you do not line up prior to 6am either sale day. As a courtesy to the neighborhood. While we can’t prevent you from arriving earlier than that, we sure ask that you do wait to line up. A place marker or chair may be used to hold your spot if you wish to sit in your car til we open. Please do not leave premises.

While Some people waited an hour in line for 7-brew this morning 😝 (kinda like waiting for an estate sale to open!), we were hard at work getting our next ESTATE SALE started and prepped!

SUCCESSFUL SALE COMPLETED

Welcome to a GREAT sale filled with nearly new furniture, home decor, useful everyday items, kitchenware, household, wall art, electronics, garage and storage options, workout equipment, linens, lamps, pet items, tools, Harley Davidson outerwear, power equipment, Predator Generator, Ladders, patio furniture lawn and garden, and our locally famous “DOLLAR TABLES!”.

Paul was a master craftsman/contractor and Motorcycle Enthusiast. All of the tools range from DeWalt to Delta, Craftsmen to Milwaukee, Ryobi to Huskey. We have every nut and bolt you can think of plus a lot of electrical/plumbing/grouting/masonry/sheetrock equipment you can possible need and use.

————TERMS OF SALE————

1.) What is a tag sale? All items are priced for immediate sale. This is not an auction. Prices are FIRM on Friday with discounts ranging from 25% off furniture to 50% off remaining items on Saturday.

2.) This will be a very busy sale as the home has a lot of nice contents to offer, so bring your own help to load, your shopping bags and boxes! This is a 2 story home so some stairs will be involved.

3.) Payment Methods: We accept cash, local Joplin area checks, Venmo (free to use) and also all debit/credit cards (subject to a 4% Square Terminal Processing Fee)

4.) NO HOLDS, please no pricing questions, and all items are sold FIRST COME, FIRST served. Our sales are always priced fairly and accurately.

As always, PLEASE try to not line up prior to 6am either day, so as to not disturb the neighborhood. A placemarker or chair may be used to mark your spot if you wish to wait in your vehicle. Make sure your name is on it!
