Now Hiring: Property Maintenance & Groundskeeper - Webb City, MO

Cardinal is looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to help maintain our property and grounds. This full-time position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping things well maintained, and is comfortable tackling a variety of tasks.

What you’ll do:
• Perform general property maintenance and upkeep
• Handle mowing, trimming, w**d eating, and lawn care
• Safely operate chainsaws and other outdoor power equipment
• Assist with cleanup and maintenance throughout the property
• Move and lift materials and equipment as needed
• Take on a variety of property-related projects and tasks

What we’re looking for:
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Mechanically inclined with general maintenance skills
• Able to safely operate lawn and power equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

What we offer:
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Now Hiring: Embedded Developer – Webb City, MO

Cardinal is looking for a skilled Embedded Developer to join our engineering team. This on-site role will help design, develop, test, and maintain the embedded software that powers Cardinal’s weighing products and systems.

What you’ll do:
• Design and develop embedded software and firmware for microcontrollers
• Program in C/C++ and integrate software with hardware components
• Debug and troubleshoot embedded systems and identify root causes
• Optimize code for performance, memory usage, and power consumption
• Develop test plans and validate firmware performance, compliance, and safety
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams throughout development

What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency in C/C++ and familiarity with assembly language
• Experience with RTOS, bare-metal programming, and microcontroller architectures
• Knowledge of communication protocols including I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN
• 2+ years of embedded software development experience preferred

What you’ll do:
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members
• Plan department priorities and coordinate daily production workflow
• Maintain product quality and ensure specifications are consistently met
• Manage work orders, MRP requirements, and inventory levels

Cardinal is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our 2nd shift production team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment to produce precision parts while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

What you’ll do:
• Set up and operate CNC machines based on prints and specifications
• Perform milling, turning, drilling, tapping, de-burring, sawing, and sanding
• Inspect finished parts and document results to ensure quality
• Identify worn tooling, defective materials, and equipment issues
• Operate multiple machines as needed to support production
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Now Hiring: Shipping & Receiving | Webb City, MO

Cardinal is looking for a dependable, safety-conscious team member to join our Shipping & Receiving department. This hands-on role helps keep materials and finished products moving efficiently through our facility while ensuring incoming and outgoing shipments are handled accurately.

What you’ll do:
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Operate forklifts and hand trucks to move materials throughout the facility
• Prepare, package, and process products for shipment
• Inspect incoming shipments and document damages or shortages
• Track goods and shipping information using computer systems
• Maintain shipping materials, supplies, and an organized work area
• Make occasional pickups and deliveries using a company vehicle

What we offer:
• $17.75–$19.85/hour
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
