Traction motor assemblies aren't easy to get dry. Internal cavities and recessed passages trap moisture that heated air alone can't reach, and a refurbished motor doesn't get to skip that step before it goes back into service.

We partnered with ALBA Manufacturing to solve it: a custom C-PD-50 system combining multi-stage aqueous wash, recirculated rinse, heated air dry, and heated vacuum dry, moving pallets up to 2,500 lbs through the full process automatically, one every 15 minutes.

Wash. Rinse. Heated dry. Vacuum dry. Watch our custom C-PD-50 system take a 2,500-lb traction motor assembly through all four stages in real time, built for rail and transit refurbishment.

Every stage runs automatically, with one pallet every 15 minutes, so operators load and unload instead of babysitting a cycle. It's a good look at what a fully automated cleaning line actually does on the floor, start to finish.
