Design, printing, routing, acrylic fabrication and install all happen under one roof on Jupiter St, which means no waiting on an outside vendor and nobody pointing fingers when something needs adjusting. We’re hiring in Jupiter! Floridian Signs & Plastics is looking for an experienced Sign Production Specialist / Graphic Designer.

💵 $20–$25/hour, depending on experience

🗓 Monday–Friday; shop hours 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
âś… Full-time available immediately for someone ready to work independently. Part-time also considered, with a long-term goal of full-time employment.

Bring at least 3 years of relevant sign shop, vinyl graphics, or wide-format print experience, strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills, and confidence using AI for customer emails, artwork assistance, and troubleshooting.

You’ll create customer proofs, help customers, produce and laminate vinyl graphics, apply graphics to substrates, and assist with finishing, packing/shipping, and occasional light installations. QuickBooks and VersaWorks experience is a plus.

Join a family-owned shop serving South Florida since 1991, with varied projects, independence, and opportunities to learn fabrication skills. Full-time employees receive paid Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, with no waiting period.
