Picture it. A beautiful, multi-corporation collaboration project. It's just wonderful.
Then, you suddenly have different goals, different values, different pressures, different timelines, different definitions of success, and, worst of all, different coffee preferences.
All those differences are where the real work starts. No, not by getting everyone to agree, but by moving everyone forward despite the disagreements. The big picture doesn't care about who likes milk in their coffee and who doesn't, and neither should you.
