Monday Mull: As companies attempt to bring employees back together to work, we must remember to stop and acknowledge the resiliency, productivity, change adaptation, work life harmony, and overall accomplishments of the past 18 months. Pushing forward to the days of old without considering what employees have been able to achieve in this uncharted work environment is indicative of a potentially antiquated and unchanging work culture.
