So often our clients ask what do we KEEP and what do we let go of?? That is completely personal to you but
*what feeds the flame of your soul?
*what can you not live without? (Underwear usually falls here BUT I give you permission to toss the lone socks)
*what makes your life easier?

As a small business owner, mother, wife, and empathic human in this world…I have had to recenter myself. This looks like:
*feeding myself
*prioritizing moving my body for ME
*building in time for quiet and rest
*Halloween decor 🎃

My morning today was hectic…but I made the conscious decision to hike to my favorite place to do my behind the scenes work. And it changed my entire day. ❤️
