Required Qualifications for Consideration:

- Strong background in machine tools/ metal fabrication equipment industry
- Excellent technical aptitude for automation technology and application
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively, varies depending on role; typically at least 50%
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
