I've seen a lot of people talking about their version of this viral AI prompt and how they have to have "extra arms to get everything done" - and listen, I get it. Balancing a family, work, volunteering, etc. is a LOT. But, we have to break the cycle of pride in being overworked and overstretched (and needing extra arms).
This is your permission slip to realign your life. Drop the chaos. REST if you need to. Focus. And do what you do best.
If you are in chronic overwork, let's talk. There's hope that doesn't include growing extra arms.
