We are looking for a highly motivated Automotive Shop Assistant to join our specialized European repair facility. This role supports our technicians in servicing premium brands like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, and Jaguar/Land Rover.

We are seeking a quick learner who is eager to absorb knowledge, adapt to advanced tools, and grow within a high-standard shop environment.

Full-Time Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday Hours: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:
* Facility Maintenance: Maintain an immaculate, professional workspace by keeping service bays, tools, and customer areas clean and organized.
* Rapid Skill Acquisition: Learn and master shop workflows quickly, transitioning from basic tasks to more technical support under supervision.*Specialized Shop Support: Assist master technicians with tool setup, premium parts retrieval, and organizing specialized European diagnostic equipment.
* Parts & Inventory Tracking: Help receive, verify, and log parts with accuracy.
* Vehicle Handling: Safely move luxury and performance European vehicles.

Qualifications & Skills
* Mindset: Strong self-motivation, high energy, and a proactive attitude toward tasks.
* Learning Ability: A proven track record as a quick learner who can follow complex instructions and memorize new processes easily.
* Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (ability to drive manual transmission is a requirement).
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent; automotive tech student or graduate preferred.
* Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits
* Pay: $16.00 - $18.00/hour, depending on experience
* Trial: 90-day probationary period.
