The first-ever Young Professionals Summer Night Soirée was a hit! ✨ We had such a great evening filled with networking, drinks, good food and celebrating our incredible Top 10 Under 40 winners!

We’re grateful to have such a strong network of young professionals in Lancaster County who are connecting, learning and growing together. Congratulations to Andrew Josey, the 2026–2027 Young Professionals Leadership Lancaster Scholarship recipient!
The YP Scholarship helps young professionals whose employers do not offer tuition reimbursement or funding for the Leadership Lancaster program, and is fully funded through the fundraising efforts of the Chamber’s Young Professionals Network.

Andrew represents what it means to invest in yourself while also investing in your community. With a background in business leadership, team development and training, he recently brought that experience to Lancaster County by building an independent business from the ground up.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Andrew has demonstrated a genuine commitment to giving back. Through a community initiative connected to his business, local nonprofits have the opportunity to receive complimentary services. He also volunteers his time and serves as a Chamber Ambassador.

We’re excited to support Andrew as he continues to grow as a leader, build connections and make an impact in Lancaster County through the Leadership Lancaster program.
