We are excited to add Maxwell Taborsky My Fitness Guide to the LABP Family🎉
Max brings an incredible amount of passion and education to our community.
Both our Health Team and the entire group will benefit.

Why work with a fitness guide?Community ~ A guide isn’t just one person.
The people training alongside you become your community. Showing up never feels like something you have to do alone.
Accountability ~ A guide notices before you do.
Your workouts are completely pre-written, your guide is always watching your form, your progress, and your growth to keep you moving forward.
Customization ~ Built for your life.
Your goals, injuries, busy schedule, and current fitness level are all factored into your program.
A 12-week journey looks different for everyone.
Max will build a customized system tailored entirely around your lifestyle.

It is hard to put into words just how incredibly powerful and inspiring Kevin’s presentation was today!
He reminded all of us, that striving to be better in life naturally leads to better health.
A testament to his core values as a fantastic chiropractic doctor who always gives his absolute best to others!
His journey and heart run deep.

Hearing about how he helped during 9/11 brought an emotional gravity to the room, reminding us of what true service looks like.
Volunteering in a space where George Washington once worshiped, and so many people desperately needed help.
The history felt alive as he shared moving stories, including letters posted to parents and the poignant reminder of saying “I will miss you”

Kevin challenged us to clear out the blockages in our lives, removing the obstructions that stop positive energy so that spirit and vitality can flow freely through us.

He gave us practical, timeless wisdom: Apply the Principal method to your life, start in the small details.
~shine your shoes
~focus on getting just 1% better every single day.

Ultimately, his message was a call to action for everyone in attendance. We don’t need to look outside ourselves for guidance because, as he so beautifully put it.

~ We are the leaders We have been waiting for. ~

Thank you, Kevin Laucher , for pushing us to step up, heal, and lead!
