One thing we’ve added is more interaction in the classroom through quick quizzing, group discussion, and a little friendly competition. It keeps energy up and people engaged.

This includes:

Fast questions tied to real field situations
Team challenges on scenarios and processes
On-the-spot problem solving and applied calculations
People explaining and defending their answers

It’s light competition, but it makes a big difference in focus and retention.

The goal isn’t pressure—it’s making sure the material carries over into the field with more confidence and understanding.
