We're proud to share that Jackie Moon, founder of Next Step, has been named one of Gifts & Decorative Accessories’ 2026 Women of Influence.
In 2010, Jackie founded Next Step Reps and opened our Las Vegas Market showroom, one of the West Coast’s first destination showrooms. Now, almost 17 years later, there have been a few changes as the company became a part of Diverse Companies and was renamed "Next Step," and throughout all of the growth, Jackie has remained one of our fearless leaders.
As Next Step's VP of Sales Wendy Stephens shared, "This is a well-deserved recognition for all that Jackie has done to pave the way for women-owned businesses in this industry. She is a mentor to so many, especially me, and I am excited to have been on this journey with her since 2003."
Jackie's 45+ years of industry experience and dedication to building a team focused on our retailers' success have created a strong legacy in the industry. As she shifts into an advisory role at Next Step, she continues to inspire and serve as a source of wisdom for our team.
