Stop calling Monday a burden before the day even gets started.
The way you speak about your day matters. If you keep saying, “I’m tired,” “I hate Mondays,” or “It’s going to be a long week,” you’re feeding the drag before you’ve even given God, yourself, or the day a real chance.
Counter the negative with intention.Replace dread with discipline.Replace complaining with gratitude.Replace “I have to” with “I get to.”
Mondays are not the problem. Mindset is.
Start the week strong, focused, and thankful. A good week doesn’t happen by accident—it starts with how you show up on Monday.
