We need someone who can keep their composure, think clearly under pressure, communicate professionally, multitask, and not take things personally.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✔️ Previous dispatch experience — especially 2nd/3rd shift — is a PLUS!
✔️ Towing, transportation, logistics, or customer service experience is a plus
✔️ Bilingual is HIGHLY preferred! 🗣️
✔️ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Reliable, organized, and dependable
✔️ Comfortable working in a FAST-PACED, HIGH-PRESSURE environment
✔️ Thick skin and a calm personality are a MUST 😂
✔️ We WILL train the right person!
