-Workshop Update-
Hey everyone, I don’t usually send out these kinds of messages publicly like this, but some recent events in my family's personal life have come around and we want to share some of it with you all.
This past Tuesday my wife went in for a planned surgery, everything went well and she was able to come home Wednesday evening. We are thankful to God that she has been stable and starting her recovery time strong. She loves being active and going out, so she hates the feeling of having to rest and take it slow lol. Unfortunately, her boss decided to fire her the day before surgery. Not going to get into that because it’s in the past and we move on, but let’s just say it was a shock after already agreeing on a time away schedule. Due to that added little thing, I will be needing to shift some time away from the workshop to get some overtime at my day job starting next week. “MJM3DSolutions” has been a part of my life for a very long time and was something I started to grow the 3D printing hobby in the RC community. It was a side hustle that started out very small, but in recent years, has kept me working sometimes more than my day job 40hr work weeks do. Everything is run out of a spare bedroom and half the garage, but we have still managed to ship out almost 6K orders in the past few years and have over 160 products available. That said, I love doing it and the designing, printing, packing, shipping and supporting folks in the hobby has been a routine thing for me for so long. It’s something I never want to stop doing and honestly it really helps out the savings account and supporting the family. The decision to re-evaluate my time spent on things was difficult, but necessary for a short period of time.
Now, this doesn't mean I’m shutting down…no way are we at that point yet lol. I just wanted to be honest and let you all know where we are. I’m just shifting some hours I would spend in the shop to taking care of my wife while she is recovering and making a little more at my day job. My main priority in the shop is going to be getting orders out asap. I don’t want anyone waiting around after spending their hard earned cash. The next priority is to my Digital Catalog Members. They are paying for new designs and support every month and they will still get that. Then, it's going to be keeping up with customer service. My usual response time before all this was like 12-24hrs. If I can get 48hrs to respond to you that would be a life-saver. New physical product releases should still continue as I have some lined up for situations like this, but custom design requests will have to be paused until things can level out.
I am thankful to all those that have supported me in the past and those that continue to come back and have become a well-known name that pops up in my dm’s. You all are the reason I don’t want to ever stop growing and designing new upgrades! I wanted to make this post as a heads up so no one is thinking I’m slacking around for no reason. The Lord has truly built this into something I never thought was possible and we give Him all the glory!

Things may change depending on how life goes in the coming weeks, so please stay tuned! The last thing I want to do is make anyone feel like they are ghosted or ignored.
