Most nursing students memorize medication rights…

…but still get NCLEX questions wrong.

Because it’s not about memorizing.

It’s about recognizing what’s SAFE vs UNSAFE.

If it’s unsafe → it’s wrong.

You’re not failing NCLEX questions because you don’t know the content…
You’re failing because you’re overthinking
You start adding extra scenarios
instead of focusing on what’s actually in front of you.

That’s where you lose points.

Start thinking like a nurse:
✔️ Focus on the data
✔️ Identify what’s being asked
✔️ Eliminate what doesn’t make sense
Comment “ZENE” and I’ll send you my step-by-step method 💛

Most nursing students don't realize this...
Your charting can either protect you... or hurt you.
If it's vague, missing interventions, or incomplete--- it will NOT protect your license.

🎓 CNA vs LVN vs RN — What’s the Difference? 👩🏾‍⚕️💉📚

Ever wonder how each nursing role stacks up?

💠 CNA – Assists with daily tasks like bathing, feeding & vital signs. Shortest training (4–12 weeks)!

💠 LVN – Handles meds, wound care & works closely with RNs and doctors. Takes about 12–18 months of training.

💠 RN – Leads the team! Does full patient assessments, IVs, care plans & more. Requires a 2–4 year degree.

🌟 No matter where you’re starting, EVERY role is essential in healthcare — and your journey matters. So if you're in school, tired, and questioning yourself — keep going. You are needed. You are capable. And this world needs more compassionate nurses 💪🏾❤️

Tag a future nurse and remind them: DON’T QUIT!
