I am Colombian by birth, Latina by blood, and rooted in a culture that taught me how to work, how to fight, how to love, and how to keep going.

My culture is not a costume I put on for a celebration. It is in the way I lead. It is in the way I build community. It is in the way I show up for my family, my business, and the women coming behind me.

I carry the strength of the women who came before me, the pride of where I come from, and the responsibility of what I am building now.

Today, on National Latina Day, I celebrate every Latina who has had to find her voice, claim her space, create her own opportunities, and refuse to make herself smaller to make others comfortable.

We are not a footnote.
We are not a trend.
We are not waiting for permission.

We are founders. Leaders. Mothers. Builders. Creators. Visionaries.

And we are carrying our stories forward with pride.

Latina Power.” We’ve all been hearing that phrase a lot lately. To me, it isn’t about a slogan. It’s about watching Latina women come together, lead with purpose, and create opportunities that make our communities stronger.

This weekend, I had the privilege of standing alongside some incredible queens from my network as we sponsored an event dedicated to connection, growth, self awareness, and wellness.

This is what Latina Power looks like to me. Women who collaborate instead of compete. Women who use their businesses to create safe spaces where others feel seen, supported, and inspired to become the best version of themselves.
