Sometimes the best thing a team can do is step away from work for a few hours.

Last Friday, our team did exactly that.

We kicked off the afternoon at Malibu Jack's, where the competition quickly got underway. From arcade games and putt-putt to laser tag, rides, and plenty of laughs, it was a great opportunity to spend time together outside of the office and job sites.

Later that evening, we headed to the Louisville Bats game to wrap up the day. While the Bats didn't come away with a win, the post-game fireworks definitely didn't disappoint.

Days like these are about more than just having fun.

They're an opportunity to strengthen relationships, build camaraderie, and spend time with the people who help make our organization what it is every day. Strong teams aren't built solely through meetings, emails, and projects. They're built through shared experiences and genuine connections.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a great day. We're already looking forward to the next one!

It took less than 2 minutes...

These individuals crawled under the fence and made their way onto the property thinking nobody was watching. But this is exactly why real-time monitoring matters.
