Another great 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 meeting in the books this past Friday 🙌

I’ll be honest—this one had a few challenging moving parts…
✔️ New RSVP process
✔️ Prepaid food system
✔️ One-time venue change
✔️ A couple technical hiccups

And yet… we’ve now had 𝐟𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝟔𝟎–𝟕𝟎 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 in the room—clearly up from our 2025 average of 55.

At the end of the day, it’s not about perfect meeting logistics—it’s about the people in the room. And every conversation I had confirmed the same thing:

👉 “Great meeting.”
👉 “Worth it.”
👉 “Glad I came.”

Huge thank you to 𝐓𝐚𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐬 for delivering a strong, practical talk on leadership that gave people something real to think about and apply.

We’ll keep refining the process, smoothing out the edges, and making each meeting better than the last.

But if this week proved anything, it’s this:
When the right people show up, everything else works itself out.

𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲! 👏

We had 60+ local professionals in the room for one of our favorite formats—𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘀—and it delivered exactly what it always does: real conversations, genuine connection, and a lot of meaningful moments.

There’s something powerful about putting people in a setting where they can go beyond surface-level small talk. New connections were made, existing relationships deepened, and plenty of new friendships started to take shape.

This is what 3rd Circle is all about.

Last night was something special.

We teamed up with Jackson Richardson and Jack’s Happy Hour to bring together the 3rd Circle Professionals Club community—and the result was an incredible turnout of 100+ local professionals at Main Event.

What stood out most wasn’t just the numbers—it was the energy in the room. Conversations happening everywhere, new connections being made, and people genuinely enjoying the opportunity to step away from the usual routine and just connect.

This is exactly what 3rd Circle is all about: creating a space where relationships come first—and everything else follows.

Huge thank you to Jack for the collaboration and to everyone who showed up and made it such a great night.

We’ll definitely be doing more of these. 👀

💡 There’s something different about a room where people feel comfortable being real—and that was the energy at Friday’s 3rd Circle Mastermind, led by the one and only Ken Schreiner.

Instead of surface-level networking, we had real challenges brought to the table… and a room full of people ready to lean in, ask thoughtful questions, and offer meaningful input 🤝

A sincere thank you to David Whistler, Shirley Mae Watters, and Aaron Durbin for stepping up and trusting the group enough to share. That kind of vulnerability is what turns a room full of professionals into a true community.

📚 70 professionals. 6 books. A lot of value in 90 minutes.

Today’s club meeting featured one of our favorite formats — our "Book Reports" session.

Six volunteers each took 3–5 minutes to share a personal or professional development book that has impacted their life or business, along with a few key takeaways from it.

All six presenters did an outstanding job and brought tremendous value to the room.

In fact, several people were already adding the presented books to their shopping carts before meeting even wrapped up.

With around 70 professionals in attendance, the room was full of energy as people connected with one another and followed up with the presenters afterward.

A big thank you to the six volunteers who shared today! You made it a great meeting.
