More than 60 local professionals joined us Friday for another outstanding 3rd Circle Professionals Club meeting.

A special thank you to our guest speaker, Rob Killebrew, for delivering an engaging and thought-provoking presentation titled:

"𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿'𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁: 𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁"

Rob challenged us to examine the mental obstacles that often hold us back, while providing practical insights on resilience, perspective, and maintaining forward momentum when life and business become difficult.

The room was fully engaged from start to finish, and the conversations that followed made it clear that his message resonated with many of us.

📚 Last Friday’s 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞 meeting was one of my favorite formats we do each quarter — our “𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭” meeting!

Six different members each selected a book that impacted them personally or professionally and shared key takeaways with the group in a short presentation format. It created a great mix of leadership insights, mindset shifts, business strategy, personal growth, and meaningful conversation.

We just wrapped up the live drawing, and it was a lot of fun to watch it play out.

🐎 Derby Prep Done Right at 3rd Circle 🐎

We had a great time this week welcoming Jeff Ratanapool as our special guest speaker—breaking down the ins and outs of horse race handicapping just in time for the Kentucky Derby.

What could’ve been a complicated topic turned into a fun, engaging, and genuinely useful session. Jeff did a great job simplifying the strategy behind the sport—helping everyone from first-timers to seasoned fans walk away with a better understanding of how to read the field and think through their picks.

Whether people plan to place a bet or just wanted to better understand what’s actually going on during the race, this was one of those sessions that made the experience a whole lot more enjoyable.
