New things are happening at the winery.

The Viognier Orange is fermenting on its skins, allowing the white grapes to develop their beautiful color, texture, and character.

The Malbec is deep in fermentation, with punchdowns happening twice a day to gently mix the cap of grape skins back into the fermenting wine.

And our Viognier is fermenting away, too.

There's a lot happening behind the scenes before a bottle ever reaches your glass. Every day brings another step, another decision, and another reminder that good wine takes patience.

We'll keep you posted as these wines make their way from grape to glass.

Some holidays celebrate the finished product. Labor Day reminds us to honor the work behind it.

Every bottle of wine represents early mornings, late evenings, weather watched closely, countless prayers, and many hands willing to serve. Farming has never been easy, but it's always been worthwhile.

Today we're grateful for everyone whose work helps feed families, strengthen communities, and create something meaningful to share around the table.

Harvest season is just around the corner. Behind the scenes, we're preparing in ways most people never see. Ordering this season's grapes, checking every barrel of last year's reds as they prepare for bottling, planning, tasting, and making sure every detail is just right.
