This week brought me to Vermont to work with a contractor on clarifying their vision, mission, and core values.
When a company is clear on who they are, where they’re going, and what they stand for, everything else gets easier: hiring, retention, communication, decision-making, and leadership development.
Clarity creates alignment. Alignment creates consistency. And consistency creates a culture people want to be part of.
Too often, companies struggle to recruit and retain talent because they haven’t clearly defined what makes them different. When you know your purpose, your direction, and your values, you can build systems that attract the right people and keep them engaged.
Your company has a culture whether you define it or it is defined for you. Great companies don’t leave culture to chance. They build it intentionally.
Grateful for the opportunity to spend time with another team committed to building something that lasts.
