Meet the Team: Andrew Harrover

Meet Andy Harrover, CEO of Matrix. For the past 26 years, Andy has helped shape the company with a steady, thoughtful approach and a calm, grounded presence. He enjoys diving into research and working through challenges that require focus and curiosity—always leaning into problems instead of shying away from them.
Andy is an early riser who likes to start his day with purpose and momentum. He prefers phone calls, reaches for salty snacks, and often has a podcast playing in the background to stay engaged and inspired. Outside of work, he enjoys a good whisky, spending time with his dogs Goose and Dexter, and making the most of living in Virginia, where he can experience all four seasons throughout the year.
When he’s not working, Andy likes to stay active—whether that’s working out or simply keeping busy. And while a completely free weekend might be, in his words, a bit of a “metaphysical impossibility,” he’s always finding ways to stay productive. His current go-to music includes bands like Foo Fighters and Rush, and he keeps a simple perspective on good days: waking up is a great start.
Andy values a team that genuinely cares and takes ownership in what they do, helping create a culture built on accountability, trust, and forward momentum. His mindset is simple—run toward the problems and figure them out—and that approach continues to guide Matrix every day.

Meet the team: Sarah Harrover

Meet Sarah Harrover, our Vice President at Matrix. Since joining the team in 2000, Sarah has brought a fun, empowering “let’s make it happen” energy that encourages those around her to think bigger and try new things. She enjoys tackling challenges that make you think—especially the kind that push ideas forward and create real progress.
A night owl by nature, Sarah prefers coffee, phone calls, sweet snacks, and working with a playlist in the background. She shares her home with her two dogs, Dexter and Goose, and loves the fall season when the weather finally cools down. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys painting and has her sights set on learning stained glass, while her ideal weekend would be spent at the beach with friends.
Lately, she’s been listening to a mix of Pitbull and Dateline crime podcasts—depending on her mood—and nothing makes her day better than a hearty laugh. She values her teammates’ energy and their willingness to try new things, helping create a culture where ideas can grow. When she’s not working, you’ll often find her enjoying movies or diving into trivia. We’re grateful for the leadership, creativity, and spirit Sarah brings to the Matrix team every day.

Meet Melissa Glittone, our Office Manager at Matrix. With 6 years and counting on the team, Melissa brings a driven mindset paired with a “we’ll figure it out” energy that helps keep everything moving forward. She thrives on organizing chaos, building processes, solving problems before they grow, and making sure the team runs smoothly behind the scenes.
An early bird who does her best work in the morning, Melissa starts her day with a mocha (for the chocolate, if she’s being honest). She prefers emails, enjoys sweet snacks, and keeps things going with a playlist that matches her mood. At home, she’s kept on her toes by her two Yorkies, Max and Fern, who are convinced they run both the house and her schedule.
Melissa’s favorite season is spring, when everything feels like a fresh start and full of possibility. Outside of work, you’ll find her playing pickleball or cooking—whether that’s trying something new or making a family favorite. Her ideal weekend includes a morning walk with the dogs, a game of pickleball, and relaxing with good food and good company, without a packed schedule.
She enjoys a mix of motivational podcasts and music depending on the day, and nothing makes her day better than crossing off something big on her list or helping a teammate solve a problem. What she values most about her team is their willingness to jump in and help—no egos, just people working together to get things done. Melissa wears a lot of hats and wouldn’t have it any other way—if something needs to get done, she’s likely already on it (or at least thinking about it with a mocha in hand).

Meet the Team!

Sarah Elebaid, one of our Dispatchers at Matrix. Sarah has been with the team for 11 months and is known for her kind, helpful, and sweet approach to her work. She enjoys reviewing time entries—one of those behind‑the‑scenes tasks that keeps everything running smoothly. A night owl fueled by coffee, Sarah prefers phone calls over emails, sweet snacks, and having a playlist on while she works.
Winter is her favorite season, filled with many of her best memories. Outside of the office, Sarah values self‑care, quality family time, and taking her kids to the park. On a free weekend, she’s most likely resting, treating herself at the salon, and catching up on shows. She’s currently listening to Stories of the Prophets by M***i Menk.
What means the most to Sarah is ending each day by going home to her children. She appreciates her teammates for being reliable, funny, sweet, and true team players. A proud mother of three beautiful girls, Sarah’s life is rooted in her love for God and family—and we’re grateful to have her as part of the Matrix team.
