If you’re trying to reach us, the domain is suspended and wouldn’t accept any payment method to reactivate it. Can’t pull up main email address on google admin console or get in contact with squarespace to resolve the issue. I am working on resolving the matter as soon as possible. Please text me if you need to reach out, most documents are on Dropbox and not dependent on email inbox.

Can you believe the new year is 10 days away? If you feel pressure to have certain goals met or things done by now this post is for you!

If you’re feeling stressed to hit goals, wrap up projects, or “fix” things before the clock strikes midnight — this is your gentle reminder:

✨ You are allowed to breathe.
✨ You are allowed to be proud of what you have done — even if it’s just surviving, healing, or learning.
✨ You are allowed to enter the new year without a checklist, without a transformation, without a resolution.

Wellbeing isn’t about racing to the finish line. It’s about honoring where you are, how far you’ve come, and what you need right now.
