Last Saturday, we had the privilege of welcoming Andrea from to Memphis for a day celebrating slow fashion, thoughtful design, and the people behind what we wear.

In a world that often encourages us to buy more and move faster, gatherings like this remind us why handmade matters. Every garment in the collection represented hours of craftsmanship, intentional design, and a different way of thinking about clothing.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, tried something on, shared a conversation, and supported a more thoughtful approach to fashion.

And a special thank you to Andrea and the Swahlee team for allowing us to share your beautiful work with our community .

Joffa is a Memphis-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit marketplace founded in 2022. We partner with artisan groups around the world and operate from our warehouse in the Broad Avenue Arts District, where every order is quality-checked, packed, and shipped by our team.

What makes us different?

Unlike many online marketplaces, we don’t rely on a drop-shipping model.

Instead, we purchase inventory upfront from our artisan partners through a wholesale model. That means our partners receive payment before products ever reach our shelves—providing immediate income, creating stability, and helping strengthen families and communities around the world.

Today, we partner with 67 artisan groups creating beautifully crafted jewelry, handbags, home décor, gifts, and more that meet our Ethical, Elevated standard.
