For La Sala’s launch this summer, Mochee helped develop the brand narrative, build the Instagram with very specific aesthetic direction, and capture the grand opening through MONIOMI’s curated lens.

Halle graduated early and jumped straight into building our Substack. Iva took over our TikTok and somehow made the whole office more fun in the process. Sahnai has been developing tone of voice docs and content strategies like a pro. And Sydney has been supporting client accounts and getting her hands into photoshoots along the way.

Our schedules have been logging enough miles for frequent flyer elite status lately. A Flavia pop-up in New York, a Lavazza event in LA, a content shoot in the Florida Keys, real estate work in Miami and West Palm Beach, and somehow we are still answering emails in between. Four years ago, Nico joined us as an intern. Now he’s one of the driving creative forces behind our video team. Shooting, editing, and sharing ideas nobody asked for but everyone needed. Off the clock, he’s probably running, playing tennis, or modeling somewhere.

Denise is our resident columnist, makeup guru, and master at making even the most complex ideas click. She always has a TikTok reference or book recommendation at the ready, plus a signature deadpan humor that’s unmistakably hers. She’s a straight-up powerhouse, and we love watching her tackle everything we throw at her 👏
