We have a brand new label debuting on the menu tomorrow, Saturday, June 13th: the 2025 Falanghina! Crafted through an extended, gentle press during harvest, concrete fermentation, and a finish in neutral French oak, this limited production white wine is bright, crisp, and beautifully balanced.

This wine is the production team's new favorite and with limited quantities, we suggest you grab the 2025 Falanghina from the Tasting Room or website while you can!
