Customers connected to our Newbury Park tower may be experiencing a service interruption. Our upstream provider has reported a widespread emergency power outage affecting their network infrastructure in the area.
Our equipment and tower are operating normally, but connectivity depends on the upstream network. Service will automatically restore once power is returned and their systems are back online.
Their crews are actively working to resolve the issue. We will post updates if additional information becomes available.
