Professional Dimensions is excited to welcome Davina Elim as our new Executive Administrator.

Davina brings extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, strategic planning, and talent management. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen operations, build relationships, and navigate periods of growth and change.

Since joining Professional Dimensions, Davina has been meeting with members, listening to feedback, and learning about the organization’s rich history and the community that has made PD what it is today.

“One thing has become clear: Professional Dimensions has a rich history, a passionate community, and a legacy that matters. The future will be shaped by the collective voices, ideas, and commitment of our members, leaders, and supporters.”

Listen to Your Heart: Women’s Heart Health & Prevention

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for women, yet symptoms often present differently than they do in men. Knowing what to look for, and how to be proactive, can save lives.

Join Professional Dimensions for an informative and empowering dinner program led by Sasanka N. Jayasuriya, MD, an interventional cardiologist aAt AAscension Wisconsin Columbia St Mary's Milwaukee. Dr. Jayasuriya is board-certified in general cardiology, interventional cardiology, echocardiology, and vascular ultrasonography, and is known for her patient-centered approach to care.

Dr. Jayasuriya will guide our group through a presentation on how women’s heart disease symptoms differ from men’s, how to recognize warning signs, and steps women can take to be proactive about their heart health. The evening will include a facilitated tabletop discussion and a Q&A session for deeper conversation and connection.

For over five decades, Professional Dimensions has been committed to elevating, supporting, and celebrating women leaders—and Imprint45 brought that mission to life in a way that was both meaningful and unforgettable.

To everyone who showed up, engaged, and leaned into the experience—thank you. These rooms matter. The conversations matter. You matter.

A very special thank you to our generous donors and to those who participated in the silent auction. Your bids weren’t just numbers—they were direct investments in PD’s mission to create a better life for women and girls. That kind of impact ripples far beyond a single evening.
