Great discussion and plenty of engagement at yesterday’s Lunch & Learn hosted by the Fort Payne Chamber of Commerce in partnership with DCEDA. ATN was proud to lead the session and share practical strategies for improving workplace communication, strengthening team dynamics, and upskilling employees for long-term success. The fun skit and interactive conversations throughout the session made for a great learning experience and sparked valuable dialogue among local business and industry leaders. City of Opp supervisors and assistant supervisors kicked off Month 1 of their six-month Leadership Training Program with ATN. Tim Hickman brought great energy and real-world insight that kept the room engaged from start to finish.

A big thank you to LBW Workforce Development & Continuing Education for helping make this opportunity possible and for continuing to support local workforce growth.

Strong leadership builds strong teams, and today was a great start.
