President-Elect Alan Richardson and CEO David Sanders made their way to Chicago earlier this week for NAR’s Annual Leadership Summit. This summit is designed to help us build a foundational professional relationship for 2027 and get the training, insight, and a little motivation that we needed from NAR’s leadership Team 27 and guest speakers. As we were flying out, President Al Ho**er was flying in to represent MSAR at NAR’s YPN Advance conference, also in Chicago. Between the three of us, the connections made and training received help us to bring a better experience right back here to our members.

In the Field: Today we took the CE to the Streets with our Field Trip class from DS Murphy: Appraisal and Inspection of Property. Students got about an hour of instruction time (in a cozy living room) followed by a hands-on tour and appraisal/inspection. We are thankful for Stuart Gregg with DS Murphy Apprasials for teaching and Sheresa DaCosta with Dream Finders Homes for providing the model home for us to tour and appraise at their Southern Hills Community.
