Meet Chef Mario Eberhart of — the man behind the brunch spread that is going to have every guest asking for seconds.

Chef Mario grew up in College Park, Georgia in a loving home with his single mom, Bunnie Smith. From the age of 9 he watched her brew up flavorful, bursting meals in the kitchen — and that love never left him. He named his entire catering company after her. Allow us to introduce Dr. Janet Walsh -The Tea Maven.

Dr. Janet is the Founder of Tea Tea and Company, an accomplished long-tenured Librarian, a North American Iced Tea Champion, and a Global Tea Champion, and her love for tea didn't begin in a boardroom or a laboratory. It began at home. tntribune

Her great-grandmother made tea from herbs picked right out of their backyard in Memphis, Tennessee. Growing up there were five siblings — but tea was their sixth. Hot tea at breakfast. Iced tea in the afternoon. Tea brewed when someone had a broken heart or a broken bone. Tea as medicine. Tea as love. tntribune

That generational wisdom became a calling. Dr. Janet went on to become a Global Tea Champion judged by national and international tea professionals and has taken her Tea Tea and Company brand to the World Tea Expo in Las Vegas. tntribune

But perhaps the most powerful moment in her journey came when her mother was recovering from breast cancer surgery and the doctors had given all the nausea medicine allowed. Dr. Janet reached into her purse, gave her mother ginger tea from her instant all-natural blend and her mother felt better instantly. Ladies, allow us to introduce one of the most special parts of your June 14th experience. 👇🏽🎻

Meet Loren Hatcher! Nashville’s Original Black Violinist.

Loren picked up the violin at age 10 and fell completely in love. Over a decade later she hasn’t put it down and Nashville is better for it. Classically trained and orchestra-seasoned, Loren now plays a beautiful mix of Jazz, R&B, and beyond that has graced some of this city’s most iconic venues (City Winery, Ga***rd Opryland, the Omni Hotel, Loews Vanderbilt, Jazz on the Cumberland, and the National African-American Museum of Music), just to name a few.

She has been featured alongside Grammy-winning artists and has performed for the Tennessee Black Caucus of State Legislators, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville, and Vanderbilt University. She’s also been featured on Nashville News Channels 4 and 5 and if you ride Metro Nashville buses, you might just spot her on one. 🚌✨

But here’s what makes Loren truly special, she plays because she loves it. Not just the instrument, but what it does to a room. The way it moves people. The way it makes everyone feel something they didn’t expect to feel.

On June 14th, Loren will be the very first thing our guests experience as they walk through the doors of Not Your Ordinary Tea Party violin filling the air, mimosas in hand, and an afternoon unlike anything they’ve ever attended waiting for them.
