Meet Memory Bagsby, Relationship Manager at Interstate AC!

I work in the HVAC industry with Interstate AC, where I focus on building relationships and making sure systems don’t just get installed—they get taken care of long after the job is done. A big part of what I do is bridging the gap between construction and service so nothing falls through the cracks. I enjoy being in a role where I can bring real value to my clients while also staying connected to the field side of the business.

When I’m not working, I’m at home on our working cattle farm—which means there’s always something to do whether I planned on it or not. I’m married, and together we have three kids and a lovable cocker spaniel, so life stays busy and a little chaotic. Recently, we gained a daughter-in-law, which has been a pretty special addition to the family. If I do get a minute, you’ll find me by the pool or down at our cabin on Kentucky Lake with a fishing pole in my hand. I’m also big on supporting women in construction—showing up, speaking up, and not backing down. It’s a tough industry, but that’s part of why I like it. One of the coolest places I’ve visited was Washington State. We flew into Seattle and made our way through Mount Rainier, Olympic National Park, the Hoh Rainforest, and little spots like Forks, Port Angeles, and Olympia along the way. From walking knee-deep in the freezing Pacific to taking in scenery that barely felt real, it’s one of those trips that stuck with me because everything around us was just that beautiful.

Meet Cassondra Baglio, Assistant Project Manager at The BJC Group, Inc.!

I am Assistant Project Manager at The BJC Group, Inc. This is a family-owned General Contracting company ran by my Father, Robert Baglio, and older brother, Brennan Baglio. I assist on projects by working with subcontractors and superintendents to create schedules and keep everything running smoothly. Though my job description says "assistant" I have since managed my own job (successfully)!

I live in Nashville but am originally from WA State which is where my father started the business for the first 28 years. Then Brennan moved to Nashville five years ago, and opened a branch down here. I moved to help get it started!

I do not have any children but do have two fur babies, cats, Loki and Belatrix. For hobbies, I still feel "new" to Nashville and love exploring all the different venues and restaurants. My favorites so far are Barcelona and Cherries. I also enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors through running and walking, and when I’m not exploring Nashville, you can usually find me reading, line dancing, or checking out fun music venues featuring rising artists. I have yet to make it to Dollywood, but it is definitely on my list!

Meet Kevin Bartosh, Business Development at Davey Commercial Landscape Services!

I am in business development for Davey Commercial Landscape Services. My time is mostly spent outbound meeting new prospects and potential clients to consult about their current landscape and how we can help improve/protect their green assets. Whether that be through landscape enhancement projects or even grounds maintenance! I am always striving to build long term partnerships with clients to help them achieve their Commercial Landscape wants and needs. I see it as find a friend and help a friend!

I recently moved here about 8 months ago. Prior to moving here I was working in the Northern Virginia area as an Account Manager after getting my Bachelor of Science from Penn State University in Landscape Contracting in 2024. During my time at Penn State I competed for the Penn State Men’s Track and Field team as a Javelin thrower. I started as a walk on and after a year I gained scholarship. I gained a couple accolades along the way including becoming a B1G Ten Medalist, 3x NCAA Qualifier, Team Captain and I was awarded the Coach’s Award to name a few over the course of 4 years.

In my free time, I am an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. I enjoy going for walks in the neighborhood, camping in the Smoky Mountains, checking out new hiking trails, going to the Nashville Zoo and checking out local bars and speakeasies in Nashville with my friends and family. I also enjoy staying active and social—whether that’s fishing, golfing, playing sports like spikeball, volleyball, and basketball, or just watching a good game with friends.
