Meet Memory Bagsby, Relationship Manager at Interstate AC!
I work in the HVAC industry with Interstate AC, where I focus on building relationships and making sure systems don’t just get installed—they get taken care of long after the job is done. A big part of what I do is bridging the gap between construction and service so nothing falls through the cracks. I enjoy being in a role where I can bring real value to my clients while also staying connected to the field side of the business.
When I’m not working, I’m at home on our working cattle farm—which means there’s always something to do whether I planned on it or not. I’m married, and together we have three kids and a lovable cocker spaniel, so life stays busy and a little chaotic. Recently, we gained a daughter-in-law, which has been a pretty special addition to the family. If I do get a minute, you’ll find me by the pool or down at our cabin on Kentucky Lake with a fishing pole in my hand. I’m also big on supporting women in construction—showing up, speaking up, and not backing down. It’s a tough industry, but that’s part of why I like it. One of the coolest places I’ve visited was Washington State. We flew into Seattle and made our way through Mount Rainier, Olympic National Park, the Hoh Rainforest, and little spots like Forks, Port Angeles, and Olympia along the way. From walking knee-deep in the freezing Pacific to taking in scenery that barely felt real, it’s one of those trips that stuck with me because everything around us was just that beautiful.
