Most brands plan Black Friday backwards. They start with the discount and work from there, and by the time they notice their tracking is off or their flows aren't built, it's mid November and every fix costs double.

The order matters more than the checklist. Testing creative in October gives you proof before you spend at Q4 prices. Building your list now means your launch email lands in more inboxes. Warming up your audience means your ads convert people who already know you.

Which phase are you actually in right now? Be honest in the comments.

Ever reread something your brand posted last month and thought it sounded perfectly fine and also like absolutely nobody you know?

That feeling is sneaky because nothing is technically wrong. The grammar is clean, the hook is decent, the emojis are right where they should be, and yet it could belong to any of the thousand accounts selling something similar.

AI will get you to a first draft before your coffee cools down, which is amazing, but the moment it starts choosing what your brand believes, you trade your voice for convenience without even noticing the swap.

Save this for the next time a draft feels a little too smooth ✨

The worst feedback I ever got on a design was "I just don't like it."

No reason. No direction. Just vibes.

That's when I built a rule for myself: every note I give has to answer one question first — is this brand, is this performance, or is this just me?

Because designers can't fix "I don't like it." They can fix "this breaks the logo guidelines."

What's the vaguest feedback you've ever received? 👇

Quick gut check for anyone running an email program: when's the last time you actually opened your welcome flow and read it like a customer would?

Not checked the open rate. Actually read it.

Most brands set these up once, early on, and never look back. But your product has changed since then. Your offer has changed. The person landing on your site today isn't the person that flow was written for.

An email sequence that hasn't been touched in six months isn't running your retention. It's running on assumptions that expired a while ago.

Last month our team was in the room at HighLevel LIVE Manila, described by one of our own as "the room every agency that runs HighLevel wishes they were in."

Two days with a packed room of agencies who build their entire operation on this platform. We're one of them: our client onboarding system runs end to end on HighLevel, sales funnel, contract administration, service design, all triggered the moment a contract is signed.

We weren't there to learn what the platform does. We went to see what's coming next before it hits everyone else, so our clients get the advantage before it's common knowledge.

The brands that feel consistent at scale aren't writing less. They're building the "never say this" list before the AI ever touches a caption.

Most teams find out about voice drift when a client flags it. We built the check into the workflow so it happens before publish, not after.

This is the part of AI-assisted content nobody shows: the guardrails, not the output.

Follow for how we're building these systems for the brands we run.

I asked a founder last week what his CAC was. He knew it to the dollar. I asked what his 90-day repeat purchase rate was. He didn’t know.

That’s the gap that’s quietly bleeding cash. You can win the auction and still lose the business if nobody comes back.

Every brand I’ve scaled past $10M had one thing in common: they knew their repeat math before they touched their ad budget.

Pull your repeat-purchase number before your next spend decision. It’ll tell you more than any CAC dashboard will.

I’ve watched founders hire five different people to solve one problem, and the problem was never the tactics. It was that nobody in the room owned the whole picture.

A growth partner does. Vision, numbers, infrastructure, and the path to get there, all at once, for as long as it takes. Not another specialist added to the pile. The person carrying the whole thing.

If this sounds like what you’re missing, I’m the person to call.

The growth systems every modern brand needs, and most never build:

- A retention engine. Acquisition gets the customer. Retention is what makes the company worth anything.

- A profit model you actually understand. CAC, LTV, MER, if you can't see them clearly, you're not scaling, you're gambling.

- Brand and performance running as one system, not two teams.

- An operations layer that can hold the volume. Most brands break at scale because the back end was never built for it.

- A decision framework so growth comes from architecture, not adrenaline.

Most founders pour money into ads, the most visible system, and skip the four underneath that decide whether the ads ever pay off.

Save this and audit which one you're missing.
