This week we published a guide to Copilot agent pricing. Copilot Studio agents that start work on their own are billed in Copilot Credits, even if you already pay for Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses.

Copilot Studio agents that run on their own are billed in Copilot Credits, so set spending limits before you scale.

That's true even if your team already has Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses. Put a credit limit on each agent and cap the environment it runs in.

Then pick the schedule carefully, because it's usually the biggest cost decision. Our plain English guide walks through it.
