What if dairy cows could get more value from the nutrients already in their feed? 🐮

IFF launches Omni-Bos™ PHY, a new enzyme developed specifically for dairy cattle. The technology unlocks nutrients already present in the feed, making more of those nutrients available to the animal. As a result, dairy producers can improve feed efficiency, reduce nutrient losses, and support more sustainable milk production.

This is another example of how bioscience can help solve practical challenges, making better use of existing resources while supporting productivity and profitability.

💡 True innovation in sensory science happens when different ways of experiencing the world come together.

At IFF Mexico, our Product Experience team welcomed four visually impaired panelists into its sensory research program. What began as an effort to create a more accessible workplace soon opened new possibilities for how we conduct research. 🔬

Their participation has inspired changes to labeling, instructions, technology, data capture and training, making evaluations more accessible while maintaining scientific rigor.

It has also revealed unexpected advantages, including reduced visual bias, greater focus on aroma and flavor, and more diverse perspectives in the room.
